Timbabuild® EHB60 Professional by Chemfix is a high-performance, two-part, epoxy-based wood repair filler formulated for demanding restoration tasks. This solvent-free, thixotropic resin is mixed in a 1:1 ratio and specifically developed for large-scale repairs to timber affected by rot and decay—ideal for both structural and cosmetic restoration.

Suitable for repairs up to 60mm in depth, EHB60 Professional is designed for use on both vertical and horizontal surfaces. It also actively treats the timber, helping to prevent further deterioration.

Once applied, it cures within four hours (at 20–35ºC) and is ready for painting. The cured material is strong, durable, and impact-resistant, and can be sanded, machined, drilled, and fixed with nails or screws. The non-slump consistency allows it to replace large areas of timber in a range of applications including window frames, doors, beams, fascia boards, soffits, and gutters.

Packaged in a specially designed dual-cartridge system, it dispenses precisely using the Timbabuild extrusion tool, ensuring accurate mixing and easy application. It is compatible with most wood finishes and offers a minimum shelf life of 24 months.
