SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders through the website on Monday-Friday will be dispatched the next working day via Royal Mail 24 service meaning your order should be with you within 1-2 working days.
Please note our working days are: Saturdays, Sundays or bank holidays so no orders will be dispatched on those days.
Whilst most orders are delivered in these time frames, sometimes our couriers run into problems during the delivery process. We will keep you updated with any issues regarding the process of your delivery and will endeavour to compensate you for any delays caused by this.
If you are not located in mainland UK and we do not have a delivery option for your address, please contact us and we will arrange a personalised quote for your required delivery address.

RETURNS POLICY
All sundries and unopened white paints can be returned and refunded within 28 days of purchase if you have proof of purchase. However, as our paint colours are made bespoke to order we cannot guarantee a full refund on return of colours but we will endeavour to compensate you where we can.
In the unlikely event you have an issue with your order, please get in touch and we will resolve it for you.
